Message	As LJZTT said, I'm sure there's a few other things he has in mind besides just the exhaust. It doesn't take 5 blocks to figure out if your exhaust is loud or not. But if you don't get a ticket,who cares? It sucks wasting that time, but if it doesn't cost you anything, brush it off. If it bothers you that much, go to the station and say something. Or get "NOT2LOUD" as your plates. And you'd think they'd remember you from your previous incidents :) third time's the charm
